Appointments
We see patients on an appointment basis.  Every effort is made to honor all time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy.  On occasion, emergencies can cause problems and delays.  If this occurs, we will make a sincere effort to notify you of the circumstances.  Please provide us with an alternate phone contact or your cell number to facilitate notification.

Emergency Care
We recognize that you may have an urgent situation needing attention, and we will do our best to accommodate your request as needed.  In the event of a serious situation or one in which you are in doubt, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Telephone Calls
You are encouraged to call with any questions pertaining to ob/gyn problems.  These queries or requests will be reviewed and appropriately answered in a timely fashion.  As a courtesy to our scheduled patients, the doctor will only immediately attend the phone calls of an urgent or emergent nature.

Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care.  You can help by paying co-pays and non-covered visits at the completion of each visit.

Laboratory, pathology and radiology reports
Any pap smears, cultures and biopsies performed will be sent to the laboratory.  Our office guidelines are to inform you of abnormal results as soon as possible.  You are welcome to inquire of test results of any of the procedures via phone, however, please allow 7-10 days for the results to become available.

Disability Forms and/or letters
As a courtesy, one disability form or letter will be completed for each illness or health condition free of charge.  Any additional forms or letters that are needed will required a pre-payment fee of $10.00.  Please allow up to five working days to have these forms completed.

Returned check fees
There will be a $20.00 charge for each returned check.
